Guild Wars 2 is a free to play MMORPG developed by ArenaNet and published by NCSoft. The game originally launched as a buy to play title, like the first Guild Wars, in 2012, but went free to play on August 29, 2015. The game features a good variety of playable classes, called professions, and races. With excellent voice acting, a great soundtrack, and fun gameplay, Guild Wars 2 is definitely worth checking out. Going free to play should give the game a huge boost too. Like Tera and Dungeons and Dragons Online before it, Guild Wars 2 is joining the ranks of the games that are embracing the F2P model.
