Albion Online Announces Schedule For Reworked Faction Warfare Playtest
Sandbox Interactive has announced the schedule for an upcoming Albion Online playtest to put the revamped Faction Warfare system through its paces before it goes live. According to the announcement on the official forums, the new Faction Warfare system will be arriving later this year but will first be rolling out on the Staging Server on January 16th.
During the playtest, players will be able to choose to fight for either the Thetford or Fort Sterling factions and will be able to equip themselves via free crafting stations. They will also be able to repair their gear for free at any outpost. Battles will be restricted to Yellow Zones on the map and will not be full loot.
Sandbox will be announcing the duration of the playtest at a later date.
