Amazon Game Studios Announces New World Global Launch Times
We’re just three days away from New World’s long-awaited launch and this time it looks like it’s going to be the real deal. Amazon Game Studios has announced the exact launch times for five regional servers: US West, US East, South America, Europe, and Australia.
For our readers in North America, South America, and Europe, the servers will be coming online on September 28th, early Tuesday morning at 8am PDT, EDT, BRT, and CEST, while those in Australia will get to jump in at 9pm AEST.
Amazon will be opening a total of 176 shards on launch day with additional shards in reserve should they be needed. The team is also looking at possibly opening servers in other regions post-launch, Southeast Asia among them.
