Bless Unleashed Invites Players To Stress Their Servers On January 30th
Studio 8 and Bandai Namco haven’t been too forthcoming when it comes to the release date for Bless Unleashed. But, a planned stress test confirms that the X-box One-exclusive game is at least moving closer to actual launch day.
“As we grow ever nearer to Bless Unleashed’s launch, we want to hold one more test to ensure that our servers are ready to handle the crushing weight of your demands on launch day.
To that end, we would like to invite you to participate in Bless Unleashed’s Server Infrastructure Stress Test! The test will run from 10:00 AM PST on January 30th to February 3rd at 10:00 AM PST (Hit the links for your time zone).”
Progress from the open beta will carry over to the stress test but not into actual launch. During the test, the GMs will be running various events designed to put maximum stress on the servers including Timed Dungeon Competitions and Field Boss Raids.
Players who participate in the stress test will also be eligible to earn the “Breaker of Games” and “Dungeon Breaker” titles. The former can be acquired by simply logging in to the game during the test while the latter can only be earned by completing all 11 dungeons, lairs, and arena challenges available during the stress test. Participants will also get 7 days of Valor Perks in addition to the 7 days of Valor Perks given to Open Beta players.
The developers will also be holding a special livestream event where they’ll be showing off new content that has been added to the dev build including Union content, 3v3 PvP Arena combat, and more. The livestream starts at 4pm PST on Tuesday, January 28th.
