Comanche’s Multiplayer Mode Is Now Free-To-Play On Steam
Comanche, NUKKLEAR and THQ Nordic’s early access modern helicopter shooter, is now free-to-play – at least the multiplayer part is anyway. Players will be able to choose from two unique game modes: Infiltration, a 4vs4 objective-based mode, and Blackbox, the game’s version of team deathmatch.
According to the official press release, the multiplayer mode will feature three large-scale maps, five different Comanche attack helicopters, four combat drones, and a brand-new tutorial. The latest game update also introduces improvements to multiplayer matches for faster loading times, a revamped UI, new sounds, and more. You can check out the full patch notes here for a more detailed list.
The single-player mode, which is available for $19.99 on Steam, has also been updated with a new mission: Operation Fire Sale.
“Operation Fire Sale will command the pilots to the majestic Alps on board the Horizon variant of the Comanche, equipped with long-range weaponry. The mission is to scout and observe a vital Kude Core military site and make good use of the ranged weapons in dealing devastating blows to the enemy.”
