Final Fantasy XIV’s Housing Lottery Bug Has Been Fixed, Deadline For Claiming Is On May 26
As promised, the Final Fantasy XIV housing lottery system has now been fixed and players who were affected by the bug can now claim their respective plots.
Note that when you claim your plot you’ll be shown a message saying that you’ll need to finalize the purchase before 7:59am PDT on May 17th and the next lottery cycle begins. This is an error and you’ll in fact have until 7:59am PDT on May 26th to do so. Of course, you can always claim your plot well before then as the month-long wait has probably been enough for you to decide on whether you want it or not.
There is currently a display error in the #FFXIV housing lottery system, where the deadline for acquiring plots is shown as May 17.
