Fortnite Season 9 Is Now Live With New Locations And A New Transportation System
Fly through wind tunnels and visit new locations in Fortnite Season 9, the next installment of Epic Games’ constantly evolving Battle Royale shooter. The island’s volcano has erupted once again wiping out the fantasy-inspired landscape and replacing it with all-new futuristic locations including a shopping mall.
“The volcano has erupted and forever changed some long lasting locations - from the ashes, Neo Tilted rises. Grab the squad to explore the bright lights of new attractions like Peely’s Banana Stand.”
The Season 9 update also comes with new skins, mechanized pets, new emotes, and a new addition to Fortnite’s lineup of quirky characters. There’s also UI changes, bug fixes, quality of life improvements. Creative Mode has also been updated with Neo Tilted construction sets and a new island, while Save The World gets a new simulation-type mission called Wargames.
