Landlord Real Estate Tycoon Brings Monopoly To The Real World
If you've ever wanted to own the Empire State Building, Central Park, or even the Space Needle, Landlord Real Estate Tycoon gives you a chance. Using geolocation features, this new mobile game implements the basic gameplay elements of Monopoly in a real world setting. By going to your favorite hangouts, you can buy them. You then get paid any time anyone else playing the game visits them. You start out with $50,000 in virtual money and must build your empire from there. Once purchased, you can upgrade your properties with WiFi, karaoke, and VIP areas, among other upgrades.
It's a bit more complex than that, though. The game simulates "real-world economics and market conditions." It includes real world tax law, inflation, deflation, and more. Real "property price movements" will challenge you to make informed purchases.
