The free multiplayer expansion was announced back in August and will allow up to four players to work together to take on a number of special missions.

“Ghost of Tsushima: Legends features two-player story missions and four-player survival missions, as well as a Raid that we’ll release in the weeks following launch. After you’ve downloaded version 1.1 of Ghost of Tsushima, you can visit the PlayStation Store from your PS4 to download a free unlock for Ghost of Tsushima: Legends, which will allow you to play.”

Legends will feature four playable classes: Samurai, Ronin, Hunter, and Assassin. Players can mix and match these classes to suit their group’s playing style. They can even choose to use the same class if they want to. As mentioned above, the standalone scenario will also come with a four-player Raid, a three-part adventure that will require top-tier gear, excellent teamwork, and good communication to survive. The Raid will roll out in the weeks after the Legends launch.
