Nexon Reports Record Revenues and Profits
Nexon reported record revenues and profits today with the release of their Q1 2017 earnings report. Revenue is up a whopping 30% year over year thanks to the strong performance of Dungeon Fighter in China. While Netmarble and most other companies are growing rapidly in Mobile, Nexon still gets the bulk of their revenue growth from PC. PC Revenues grew 40% year over year while mobile revenues shrunk 6%.
China remains the company's largest market at 59% of revenues. North America (Everything on Nexon.net) represents a mere 3% of the company's revenues.
The company's stock price is also sitting at an all time high which reflects the strong operating performance of the company. Nexon's pipeline for 2017 and beyond currently looks like:
Peria Chronicles seems to be missing from their pipeline, which leads me to believe that it isn't anywhere close to release just yet.
