Turtle Rock Studios’ new multiplayer zombie shooter Back 4 Blood has broken the six-million-player mark just two weeks after the game’s official launch. The studio announced the impressive numbers on Twitter yesterday, thanking players for their support.

“Thanks for all your hard work, Cleaners! With this many Cleaners on our side, we’ll stop the Ridden in no time,” the studio tweeted.

Turtle Rock didn’t reveal how player numbers were broken down per platform but the game seems to be doing fairly well on Steam. According to SteamDB data, the new zombie shooter saw a 24-hour peak just shy of 30k players and an all-time concurrent player peak of 65,987 players set 12 days ago as of this writing.

Back 4 Blood launched on October 12th and is currently available on PC via Steam and Xbox Game Pass for PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S with full cross-play support.
