Soccer Manager 2015 was a well-liked, single-player only, free-to-play Football Manager-like game. It was the first Steam adaptation of the long-running web and mobile game. Soccer Manager 2016 hit Steam today and brought with it the MMO version of the game, Soccer Manager Worlds. A new match engine was also introduced, as well as an improved UI.

In Soccer Manager Worlds, players compete in two or three games per week. The game incorporates a "unique" system of turn-based gameplay and boasts that you can "Play for Free - Compete for Real." You can either take control of an existing club or take part in a custom game world. Players can negotiate transfers between each other. Each match requires you to adjust your lineup and tactics to counter the other team in the best manner possible.

Soccer Manager 2016 is now available on Google Play (Soccer Manager Worlds), the App Store (Soccer Manager Worlds), and Steam.
