V Rising Finally Rolls Out Its Long-Awaited Secrets Of Gloomrot Expansion

Prepare to sink your fangs into the dark and twisted world of V Rising as its highly-anticipated and long-delayed Secrets of Gloomrot update finally descends upon players. After a relatively quiet first year, the vampire survival sandbox is ready to unleash new sinister delights and challenges, including the titular Gloomrot zone, a twisted realm shaped by sinister scientific experiments.

“[Gloomrot] is one of the many revamps to the already sprawling area of Vardoran, offering even more to explore and conquer,” touted Stunlock Studios. “With all this extra space, there is now more to do; V Rising’s vampiric gameplay has been enhanced with new items, enemy types, combat options, and gameplay features.”

Aside from the opening of a new zone, the update also introduces the ability to build multi-level castles, a huge lineup of new bosses, and a revamped combat system.
