Since World of Warcraft: Dragonflight launched earlier this week, there have been mixed reactions about the expansion and its supposed lack of content. While Blizzard usually just lets these comments slide, the studio has decided to respond to them in the cringiest way possible.

Blizzard recently rolled out a series of short video advertisements on Facebook that featured random screenshots of negative comments about the expansion followed by sassy responses from fictional dragons.

“Idk man, it’s not living up to what I would Imagine a complete expansion to be,” read one comment. To which a fictional dragon replied with, “The only thing in need of expansion is your imagination. Broaden your mind little one.”

Unsurprisingly, the new ads didn’t sit well with most members of the community, although there were a few that were quick to come to Blizzard’s defense. In any case, a negative ad campaign definitely isn’t a good look for a studio that promised to usher in a new era of listening to player feedback.
