For those of you who managed to rush through World of Warcraft: Dragonflight’s contents within the first few hours of its release, you’ll be happy to know that you’ll soon have new content to take on when the expansion’s first season officially begins next week.

The start of Season 1 will mark the opening of the new Vault of Incarnates raid in Normal, Heroic, and Mythic difficulties. Wing 1 will be available through the Raid Finder on December 19th, followed by Wing 2 on January 2nd, and finally, Wing 3 on January 16th. The new raid will be open to cross-faction groups as soon as it opens its doors with cross-realm unlocking later on in the season.

“The Primalists breached the Titan prison used to hold the Incarnates for millennia. Within, Raszageth performs a foul ritual to unleash her siblings so together they can purge the world of the Titans' influence. The champions of Azeroth must assault this impregnable fortress and break their defenses to end this threat. While many could fall, defeat condemns all the realms to the Incarnates' reign of fire and blood.”

The Season 1 update will also introduce four new world bosses, a new Mythic+ dungeon rotation which will include four Dragonflight dungeons and four dungeons from previous expansions, and the “Thundering” seasonal affix, and will kick off a new PvP season with new rewards to earn. Additional details can be found on the World of Warcraft official site.
