World Of Warcraft Releases New Shadowlands Encrypted Alpha Build While Working From Home

Blizzard Entertainment has just released a new World of Warcraft Shadowlands encrypted Alpha build. Encrypted builds, as the name suggests, are encrypted to prevent datamining and possible leaks about the current and event future versions of the game.

Blizzard has released encrypted builds in the past, but what’s unique about this particular build is that this is the first build released after the company transitioned to a work-from-home setup as a precaution against the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic. Looks like the devs have adapted to working at home quite well if they can roll out a build just a few days after switching to a remote working environment.
