World Of Warcraft Shadowlands Dungeons Nerfed In The Latest Patch

world of warcraft necrolord maldraxxus bannerBlizzard Entertainment has made it easier for World of Warcraft players to successfully complete Shadowlands’ dungeons and raids in a recent round of balance tweaks.

The patch significantly nerfs boss abilities, enemy damage, and mob health in Plaguefall, Sanguine Depths, Spires of Ascension, and The Necrotic Wake. A number of quality-of-life improvements have also been introduced to make dungeon raids and runs less of a chore, such as Kyrian Armaments persisting through death in The Necrotic Wake.

Castle Nathria’s Stone Legion Generals encounter has also been reworked with reduced boss and mob damage in Mythic difficulty and in lower difficulties with smaller raid sizes.

“With the Stone Legion Generals fight, in addition to slightly reducing overall difficulty, we're making changes to make it feel more consistent between attempts," explains Blizzard. “This means that while certain abilities are no longer avoidable, their impact together with other abilities should be more realistic to manage, and the order in which they occur should be more reliable.”

To balance things out, the Manifestation of Pride (Prideful Affix) now allows enemies to see through Invisibility and Stealth effects.

A detailed rundown of the changes can be found on the World of Warcraft official forums.
