SoulWorker has just opened a fiery new four-man raid called Violent Sun. The new raid is open to characters above level 72 and promises to be the anime-style action MMO’s toughest challenge to date.

“Available up to four player co-op who rank level 72 or higher, the Violent Sun Raid easily ranks among the most difficult in SoulWorker. Players will need to overcome final boss Flemma who presents a more diverse skill pattern than other SoulWorker Raid Bosses – sure to provide players with a new challenge in combat. Clearing the new Raid will reward players with Violent Sun’s Phase 3 Conquer Box in which one of the most advanced Pale Ashes or Burning Embers equipment appears at random.”

Violent Sun can be unlocked as part of the “Crimson March III” quest of the Crimson March questline, which opens up after completing the “Unforgivable Past” quest. Access is limited to a maximum of three times per day per character but you can always purchase a Violent Sun Access Pass to reset the daily limit.

In addition to the new raid, the latest update also introduces Kent, god of Governance, a new 5-star Akashic Record that can be obtained from the Parable’s AR Transmitter. Players can also look forward to several new in-game events, new shop items, and various fixes.

The full patch notes can be found on the SoulWorker Steam Page.
