Gloria Victis Overview

Gloria Victis is a fantasy MMO set in a medieval sandbox world driven by player interactions. A non-targeting combat system aims for realism, where the interplay of weapons, armour, and tactics determines the victor. Clash with other players in a duel for the hand of a fair maiden or engage in siege warfare and battle for castles, villages, and cities. Except for limited safe zones the world is entrenched in PvP, so beware sneaky bandits aiming for your head. Travel an enormous, harsh world patrolled by robbers and inhabited by fearsome monsters. Weapons will not be hidden in the fur of viscous wolves but must be crafted by artisan players sweating away before an anvil. Choose from eight professions based on real-world Medieval craftsmanship, and impact the world's economy. Secure your fortune and build a home through a non-instanced housing system, and build with friends to fortify a village. Become an influential lord and conquer the land, bringing territories under your control. And explore a rich non-linear storyline driven by mature quests and personable NPC's.

Gloria Victis Key Features:

  • Realistic Combat - non-targeting combat requires careful aiming, skill, and the right equipment to slay foes.
  • Crafting - learn from eight different crafting professions, based on realistic artisan techniques.
  • Housing System - a non-instanced housing system allows player houses to exist in real-time; group homes together to form a village and fortify your abode.
  • Extensive Social Interactions - become the leader of a guild or rise to become a lord, conquering territories and reshaping the politics of the land.
  • Enormous World - travel a huge interconnected world brimming with robbers, animal life, and monsters and forge your own path.
