GameSamba was founded in 2009 by Dr. Scott Wong, who is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and President of the company. The company is currently headquartered in Everett, Washington with other studios in the Seattle area, as well as in Hong Kong and Tokyo. They have recently partnered with FUNimation Entertainment to develop an MMORPG based on the popular Japanese anime, Fairy Tail. FUNimation was an early investor in GameSamba too.
