Final Fantasy XI Adds New Quests And Brings Back Sunshine Seeker Event Next Week
Like clockwork, Final Fantasy XI will be rolling out another update later this week featuring the second and final part of The Voracious Resurgence Chapter 8. The update will also come with a new Ambuscade rotation which will include the return of the Qutrub Battle which has been adjusted to make it a bit easier to complete.
The Spike Flail ability of wyrms in Domain Invasion will also be adjusted with the update to make them less frustrating for players. Note that the changes will only apply to Domain Invasion and the ability will remain the same outside of the game mode. “If this targeted adjustment doesn’t yield the results we’re hoping for, then we will continue to make further changes, so be sure to let us know if we’ve missed the mark,” said the devs.
The Sunshine Seeker event also returns to the classic MMORPG on June 13th for its annual two-week run. During the event, players will get to disguise themselves as a Mandragora to complete various tasks in exchange for exclusive rewards and gear.
