Heliborne Hits Early Access, Open Alpha Until First Major Update

As of earlier today, JetCatGames' MOBA-esque helicopter combat game Heliborne has launched on Steam Early Access. In Heliborne, you join a match based on one of three different historical battles in one of three different eras and vie for control of the map via various control points. Later on in the game's development cycle, it will feature a full progression system, but the current build gives you a choice of five different helicopters based on the map and team you choose.

Heliborne currently costs $9.99. The price will change once it exits Early Access, likely ending up at a higher price point.

Those who are interested in trying before they buy can join in on the Open Alpha that is running until the game's first major update introduces "Deck Building." To join, simply sign up on the official website and wait for the team to send you an invite.
