Lineage 2 Classic Europe Pre-Orders Open

4Game's upcoming, subscription-based Lineage 2 Classic server has begun allowing pre-orders. They aren't quite as expensive as many seem to have expected. You can get into the game for a mere €10, granting you a month of subscription time, a seven day head start, and an Adventurer Hat. A single higher tier exists at €25 and nets you another two months of subscription time, a Ring of Heir, an Agathion - Uthanka pet, and a two-week promo code for a friend to join you in-game. Despite requiring a buy-in, the buy-in is fairly modest and seems to be priced around the amount of subscription time you get with the pack.

The exact launch date for the classic server has not yet been announced. As previously announced, the starting expansion will be Age of Splendor. Details announced on the website include five races and 31 classes, "hard leveling," a "classical trading system" that depends on your talent as a businessman, and "exciting clan wars" with castle sieges based entirely on personal skill.
