Project Winter’s Free Pass Offers Limited Access To The Survival Deception Game
Indie studio Other Ocean Interactive is giving everyone a free pass for its multiplayer survival deceive-em-up, Project Winter. The free pass basically gives players limited access to the game for the foreseeable future, in other words, a demo.
Free pass players will be allowed to play two matches on any game mode everyday with cross-play enabled. They’ll also get full access to the tutorial, matchmaking, and earn in-game currency but will have restrictions imposed on character customization and progression and won’t have access to the cash shop, loot drops, and login rewards.
“You can officially backstab your friends for free on Steam. This new version of the game offers a limited Project Winter experience for free and is crossplay compatible with all platforms!”
Those who decide to purchase the game will be able to carry over part of their progression, currency, and social rank. If you want to give Project Winter a whirl, the multiplayer deception and survival game is now free-to-try on Steam.
