WildStar Announces Invasion: Nexus
Carbine Studios has just announced that there will be an upcoming expansion to WildStar called Invasion: Nexus. This expansion will bring huge changes to the current state of the game, hopefully for the better.
One example given is the introduction of contracts. Contracts will give players who are short on time the ability to gear up as well as the best of them. This system will let players who play in short bursts be able to make progress to the superb gear that they otherwise wouldn't be able to get. WildStar will also be implementing various new vanity pets for players to have an oddly shaped companion accompanying them on their journeys. All this and more, including a 20-player raid and improvements to the PvP system will be coming soon, so fans should look forwards to it, and prospective players should be reminded that there is a 10-day free trial ongoing right now!
