MapleStory Classic World CBT2: Sign Up Before July 29 Deadline
Nexon has opened global sign-ups for the second closed beta of MapleStory Classic World, the free-to-play MMORPG. The test window runs August 4 through August 12, and the registration deadline is July 29.
MapleStory Classic World offers players the original MapleStory experience while introducing new balancing and quality-of-life changes.
What's Confirmed for CBT2
- Test window: August 4–12
- Sign-up deadline: July 29 via the official Classic World registration page
- Re-registration required: Players who participated in CBT1 must sign up again; previous participation does not carry forward automatically
- 3rd Job Advancement: Available during the test
- Platform additions: Controller support and macOS support are both available in the test
- Milestone rewards: Completing milestones can be carried over into the live game
- Selection process: Access instructions sent via email to selected applicants
The inclusion of 3rd Job Advancement is a headline mechanical addition here. The upcoming test is described as following changes made based on the first test, as well as new content, and 3rd Job Advancement is part of that upcoming test offering.
The next concrete milestone to track is the test window itself in early August.
