Dark Age Of Camelot Celebrates Its 16th Birthday With A Free Month For Returning Players

dark age of camelot 16th anniversaryThe classic medieval MMORPG Dark Age of Camelot turns sweet sixteen and parents Broadsword Online Games and Electronic Arts are inviting old players to return to Albion, Hibernia, and Midgard. As part of the realm vs. realm MMORPG’s sixteenth birthday celebration, the devs will be holding a “Come Back to Camelot Campaign” which includes 30 free days of game time.

“Sixteen Years! Dark Age of Camelot has been a wonderful home, escape, playground, refuge, and of course, battlefield since day one on October 10th, 2001. We’re celebrating fifteen glorious years with all of you - including many who've been with us from the start.

So raise your glass, mouse, or keyboard to this venerable game we love and remember the friends you’ve made, enemies you’ve conquered, battles you’ve waged, and fun you’ve had over the years. Here’s to those fond memories and to making new ones for the next sixteen years and beyond!”

Returning players will have a ton of things to do this month including RvR bonuses, new RvR quests, new areas, 1vs1 tournaments, the Dragon Curse campaign, travelling merchants, and a Halloween event.
