Blockchain MMO Ember Sword Announces Another Alpha Land Sale On July 10
Bright Star Studios is opening up another collection of land plots for sale in its blockchain MMORPG Ember Sword. The initial land sale in 2021 saw remarkable success, with all available plots being sold in just six hours and raking in over $200 million in sales.
Bright Star will be holding the next sale in two waves, the first one is set to start on Monday, July 10th and the second one on July 31st. From July 10th to the 30th, interested buyers will need to submit an application instead of simply being given the opportunity to purchase any plot of land. Bright Star Studios apparently wants to ensure that those acquiring land are committed to actively participating in the growth and development of Ember Sword’s community.
A limited number of plots will be available for sale in the Solarwood region. Each region within Ember Sword possesses its own unique climate, culture, and resources. The application process aims to identify landowners who are not only interested in land ownership but also dedicated to cultivating their plots and building thriving communities within their respective regions.

The second phase of the land sale will kick off on July 31st and will be open to the wider blockchain community. While an interest in the game’s development and support is still expected, this phase may require a slightly lesser commitment to active participation compared to the initial wave.
