Genshin Impact 3.8 "Secret Summer Paradise" Launching July 5 With New Open World Area

Genshin Impact's latest update Version 3.8 "Secret Summer of Paradise" is launching on July 5th and with it comes the following:

• A new limited time area open world area called Veluriyam Mirage with summer attractions
• Events and amusements which include a chance to recruit Layla for free
• Additional Genius Invokation TCG updates including new PvE mode and new character cards
• New outfits for Klee and Kaeya

While Genshin Impact is a mobile game, it does offer a PC client. It's also available on consoles and supports cross-save between all devices.

While Hoyoverse's newer title, Honkai Star Rail, is getting a ton of attention, Genshin Impact remains incredibly popular. While the two games both feature top notch production value, Genshin Impact offers a greater sense of discovery and exploration despite both it and Honkai Star Rail being almost entirely single player.
