Last month saw Gearbox Publishing and Abstraction Games announce their plans to revive third-person MOBA Gigantic as a buy-to-play game called Gigantic: Rampage Edition. The new version promises a new game mode, new heroes in the form of Kajir and Roland, and new maps to fight in. The team has now taken the wraps off the new maps in a new press release.

The first of the two new maps is Picaro Bay, a seaside map with a pirate ship for quick clashes, narrow alleyways that can be used to flank enemies, and buildings that overlook high-traffic areas. The second is Heaven’s Ward, an industrial district map that features an old power plant, factories, and warehouses with plenty of hiding spots and choke points. Jump pads are also scattered around the map which can be used to get closer to the action or make a hasty escape.

Both maps will be available alongside the original maps when Gigantic: Rampage Edition launches on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S on April 9. Be prepared to open your wallets though as it comes with a $19.99 price tag. You can catch a quick glimpse of the new maps in the new dev video below.
