Gaijin Entertainment’s Modern Warships is now officially a cross-platform game as it makes its open beta debut on PC.

“Modern Warships is an arcade online action game that lets the players experience authentic-looking modern naval battles. Reconnaissance planes rush forward to detect the enemy from afar, cruisers launch volleys of guided missiles and try to overwhelm enemy missile defense systems, submarines cautiously sneak up on surface ships, and jet fighters provide air cover for the allied fleet.”

The game is playable on Android and iOS devices, and now on PC with full cross-play and cross-progression. All you have to do is login using your Artstorm account and pick up where you left off.

The multiplayer naval battler offers hundreds of vehicles and weapons to choose from, nearly all of which can be unlocked for free. If you don’t mind spending a few dollars though, you can grab one of the pioneer packs which include an assortment of skins and exclusive ships. The cosmetic packs start at $41 for the Captain Bundle, all the way up to $151 for the Fleet Admiral Bundle. Otherwise, you can just login and unlock the available ships through good, old-fashioned grinding.
