Grab your hunting gear and get ready to flex those monster-slaying muscles as Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak drops its fifth free title update. Title Update 5 features several beastly additions to the game including more towering creatures to slay, higher levels to climb, and more ways to power up your character.

The highlight of the update is the arrival of two new monstrosities: the Risen variant of Shagaru Magala and the storm-summoning elder dragon, Amatsu. These formidable foes are available to take on at Master Rank 180 and Master Rank 10, respectively, promising a host of new gear to craft each with its own unique skills.

The anomaly investigation level cap has been raised once again, this time to a maximum of 300. Two more Risen dragons have also been added to the mix, along with new special investigations that buff up the difficulty of existing monsters and increase the range of their attacks.

With all these new challenges to conquer, your hunter is going to need some serious upgrades. Enter the Qurious Melding system, which gives players access to additional customization options for their characters. Players who want to take a breather from battling gargantuan dragons and terrifying beasts will also be able to take on several event quests that will reward them with new cosmetics, poses, and stickers.

Don’t forget to check out the official update trailer below. You’ll also find the full patch notes on the Monster Hunter Rise official site. Happy hunting!
