Once Human Devs Crack Down on Exploits in Prismverse’s Clash PvP Mode

Once Human has only just released Prismverse’s Clash roughly a week ago, but players are already finding creative (and sneaky) ways to gain an edge in the new PvP scenario. Starry Studio, the post-apo survival MMO’s developers, aren’t having it, though. In response to players using mountains and bodies of water to become nearly invincible, the dev team has announced a firm stance: no more hiding in plain sight.

“To maintain fairness and order in the game, we will take strict action against these violations,” the studio warns. If you’re caught using the terrain to cheese your way to victory, your points will be wiped, and you’ll be looking at a minimum 30-day ban. And if that doesn’t get the message across, severe cases can even be hit with bans of up to 10 years. Yikes! Better think twice before becoming the invincible king of the mountain.

For those unfamiliar with Prismverse’s Clash, the mode pits two teams of Metas against each other in a faction-based battle for control of Prism Deviations. It’s been a hit with the player base, but the exploits have threatened to turn the fun into frustration. As a result, the devs are planning to introduce a new detection system and prohibit placing Prism Deviations in water, where players have been taking advantage of the terrain.

Starry Studio has also encouraged players to report any cheaters by snapping a screenshot and using the in-game customer support tools. In the meantime, you can continue diving into the chaos of Once Human’s Prismverse’s Clash or watch the trailer below to see what all the fuss is about.
