Overwatch 2 Has A Whole Host Of New Content And Events Planned For Season 3
Overwatch 2’s third season officially kicks off tomorrow with a ton of new things to look forward to including the return of Overwatch Credits and multiple crossover events throughout the season. Blizzard has teased collaboration events with different IPs such as One Punch Man and a mobile gacha game.
Players can also expect various in-game events, starting with the LoverWatch dating sim event on February 13th, a Cupid Hanzo bundle limited-time event on February 14th, and the return of Overwatch World Cup sometime later this month. The One Punch Man crossover event kicks off on March 7th followed by PachiMarchi on March 21st which will feature a new game mode. There’s also Twitch Drops and a weekly rotation of new bundles to look forward to throughout Season 3.
The hero shooter’s new season kicks off tomorrow, February 7th with the new Antarctic Peninsula control map, a new battle pass, and the new Amaterasu Kiriko mythic skin in tow. You can check out the official Season 3 launch trailer below.
