Pagan Online publisher Wargaming has just announced that they will be shutting down multiplayer servers next month and will be converting the OARPG to a single player game. According to Wargaming, they’ve been struggling to maintain Pagan Online as a multiplayer game over the past year and feel that it’s no longer sustainable.

The game will transition to a single-player game on August 4th with developer Mad Head Games taking over daily operations and technical support. Mad Head, however, admits that they currently don’t have plans to add new content but might reconsider it in the future.

To thank players for their support, Wargaming will be giving away 7 days of Premium and one Tier 3 vehicle for World of Tanks, World of Warships, World of Warplanes, and World of Tank Blitz.

“To all our players who joined this adventure with us, your feedback and insights have been invaluable on this journey and we could not be more thankful for the heart and passion you put into helping us deliver the Pagan Online experience,” says Wargaming. “To all our players who joined this adventure with us, your feedback and insights have been invaluable on this journey and we could not be more thankful for the heart and passion you put into helping us deliver the Pagan Online experience.”
