Power Rangers Online Might Be Coming West

It's been some time since Power Rangers Online—the ill-fated Korean MMO based on the popular sentai series—was shut down by its original host, GameTree, but Move Games appears to be making an effort to bring it back. The game showed up on Greenlight yesterday promising both English and Korean language support. In addition to that, the official Move Games Steam account stated the following in the Greenlight page's comments.

Movegames as a company has contracted with the licensor for Power Rangers IP formally and has preparing global game service as well as Korea.

From that statement, it seems that Move Games have licensed the game and are preparing to release it globally. However, don't get too excited just yet. You may remember that Move Games has already managed to get two titles greenlit—Redemption and NOIR—and that, nearly two years later, neither has shown up on Steam. Perhaps Digimon Masters Online will break that trend, given that it is currently running through GameKing, and both it and Power Rangers Online will see a Steam release.
