At the top of the week, we reported on an ambitious new MMORPG from Turkish development studio Vawraek Technology, called The Quinfall. The game is being touted as having the “the biggest MMORPG universe” and promises everything from a vast, open-world to player-run taverns, sailing, time-travelling, and steampunk robots.

Vawraek Technology has followed up the said announcement with a tweet that addresses the community’s concerns about the funds needed to deliver on their promises. As we previously noted, the studio and the game’s development is being backed by a Turkish investment group, eliminating the need for crowdfunding or any other means to secure additional funding.

“We want to clarify that we won’t be seeking for any financial support from our followers during any point in development,” assured the studio. “What we want at Vawraek Technologies is to bring our followers on our development journey, which is why we are planning to do an extensive closed beta in the upcoming stages of development.”

That being said, the studio has to make money off of it somehow so it’s going to employ some sort of monetization system at launch. It’s also worth noting that the studio has curiously deleted the tweet that it was building the biggest MMORPG universe since the game made headlines on Monday.
