It's rare for major MMO companies to give a look at what goes on behind the scenes. Today, Snail Games did exactly that, publishing a developer diary for their game Age of Wushu Dynasty. In this diary, the developers discuss several major topics. They explain how they blended oriental and western aesthetics in their recreation of Age of Wushu's Jianghu. They discuss how they "bridged the gap" between mobile and PC. They talk a bit about the use motion capture from "real kung fu masters."
