The Final Frontier: Space Simulator's PvP Arena Module Is Now Live

One day, The Final Frontier: Space Simulator will be a sprawling, three-part MMO with a story mode, a PvP Arena, and a persistent universe—that's the plan anyways. The two-man team at Vault Interactive is releasing the game in a staggered, module-based format. As of yesterday, the PvP Arena module has officially launched into Early Access. While the developers wait for Valve to enable purchases on Steam, prospective players can buy into the current Early Access phase via the official website. Early Access costs $9.99—temporarily discounted to $8.99—and is provided in the form of a Steam key.

At present, the PvP Arena supports "up to 24 players per match." Battles take place across entire solar systems in either Deathmatch, Team Deathmatch, and Solar Conquest modes. A staggering nineteen ships across various ship classes, each outfitted with their own unique set of weapons, are available to choose from.
