The Ship: Remasted Delayed A Week

Those eager to get their hands on The Ship: Remasted, the revitalized edition of Blazing Griffin's cult classic murder mystery game set on a boat, will unfortunately be waiting another week. According to a Steam Community post from today, the reason for the delay is that the team has been listening to the community. The community wants online functionality, rather than just LAN support, at the beginning of Early Access. Thus, they are delaying the beginning of Early Access by another week. The launch is now expected to occur on February 22nd.

At the beginning of Early Access, multiplayer matches will be limited to only four players per match due to a Unity Cloud Services bandwidth limitation. However, the team will be negotiating with Unity for a more relaxed limitation and are expecting dedicated servers to be available "within a few weeks."
