Development History / Background:
Digimon Heroes is a mobile CCG RPG developed and published by Bandai Namco, a gaming company based in Japan. The company used to be two separate ones before the merger in 2006. Digimon Heroes was first launched only in Japan under the title Digimon Crusader in 2012 for the iOS and 2013 for the Android. It was then discontinued in November, 2014. Digimon Heroes was the spiritual successor to Digimon Jintrix, an online Digimon card game released February 25, 2011 (discontinued December 2012). Digimon Heroes was globally re-released in January 2016 and boasts over two million Tamers. After some beta testing the PvP Arena was added on May 18, 2016.
