This is episode one hundred and sixty four of the MMOs.com Podcast and we look at the most recent news and happenings in the MMO and gaming world. As always we jumped right into the Weekly Raid, "The Second Coming of the Bots". We discussed how game developers are utilizing bots to immitiate players and how they could make their games appear busier by deceiving users. This already happens in numerous mobile games like PUBG Mobile and even in PC games like FreeStyle 2: Street Basketball and Paladins. We then discussed achievements in MMORPGs after the recent outrage over the re-introduction of an old Final Fantasy XIV item. We then covered the Riot Games drama surrounding the exclusion of men at a panel at PAX along as well as the new raids in World of Warcraft Battle for Azeroth.
