Wild Buster is a free to play top down hack and slash action MMORPG developed by South Korean game studio Nuriworks and published by InselGames. It actually plays a bit like Master x Master from NCSoft except without the MOBA elements. The game features persistent hubs and instanced dungeons sort of like Closers and Soul Worker as well. Unfortunately the game is buy to play which leads me to believe it won't ever be too popular.
