Affected Zone Tactics Enters Open Beta

IDC/Games announced today that its European service for Affected Zone Tactics has entered Open Beta. Developed by Light Vision Interactive, Affected Zone Tactics was previously available only in Russian. IDC/Games' service, however, currently supports English, French, and Spanish. Czech, German, Italian, Polish, Portuguese, and Turkish support will be introduced in the near future.

Affected Zone Tactics is a free-to-play, turn-based tactical strategy MMO. Two teams fight to capture the opposition's flag. Several different classes of mercenary are available. A research and upgrade system allows players to customize their mercenaries. A territory control system allows clans to wage wage war over territory on a persistent world map.

Affected Zone Tactics can be downloaded now from the official website. It will be made available on Steam throughout Europe within "the next [few] days." No information has been provided about whether players outside of Europe are IP blocked.
