Hi-Rez Announces $100,000 Paladins Founder's Tournament

Hi-Rez Studios are dead set on fostering an eSports scene in Paladins. The game is still in Closed Beta and they have already announced a $100,000 tournament. This tournament will be a Founder's exclusive, taking place in Spring 2016 at the Hi-Rez eSports Arena in Atlanta.

The next Paladins patch will introduce the Constructed Mode. In this mode, players will finally be able to create their own decks for use in matches. Following this patch, several qualification events will be held. Four teams—two North American and two European—will be selected to compete in the tournament. In January, Hi-Rez will also "start holding regular online tournaments with small cash prizes."
