EverQuest 2 is a free to play fantasy MMORPG developed and published by Daybreak Game Company (Formerly known as Sony Online Entertainment). It's a sequel to the original EverQuest game which helped pioneer the entire MMORPG genre. The EverQuest 2 soundtrack was composed by Laura Karpman and some of it was recorded by the FILMharmonic Orchestra in Prague. The Soundcloud embed features all of the BGMs, tracks, and music from the EverQuest 2 Soundtrack. The game originally launched on PC in North America on November 9, 2004. The game originally launched as a buy to play subscription based game, but later went free to play. Daybreak is working on a successor to EQ2 titled EverQuest Next.
