Conan Exiles Updates To Fix Bugs, Introduces PTR

conan-exiles-launch

Funcom has been fairly consistent about releasing updates for Conan Exiles, and the latest patch fixes a number of bugs and introduces the PTR. The experimental branch will be used to test future patches before transferring them to live servers, and should help identify issues before their implemented.

If you own a private server you can opt-in to the PTR build, BUT remember that patches are experimental and will likely be buggy and can break. Play Russian roulette with your server's data at your own risk.

Some of the highlights from this last patch include:

  • Buildings should load faster now.
  • Reduced spasms in NPCs as they rotate.
  • Improved bow balancing.
  • Skill requirement balancing: Journeyman Craftsman now available at level 10.

You hardcore grinders may be disappointed to know that Emu experience has been reduced. C'mon, that was a given. We knew it would happen one day.

You can read the full patch notes for yourself through on the Steam update page.
