Elder Scrolls Online Players Can Claim Thieves Guild DLC And A Horse Mount For Free

ZeniMax Online is giving away more Elder Scrolls Online freebies as part of its big, year-long 10th anniversary celebration. If you’ve yet to dive into the seedy underworld of Tamriel, you can now claim a free copy of the Thieves Guild DLC by simply picking someone’s pockets to earn the Pocket Picker achievement. Picking pockets is likely one of the first things you did upon stepping foot in the starting zone, so if you’ve been playing for a while, you probably already unlocked the achievement.

The Thieves Guild DLC will grant you access to the titular guild and its storyline, the Hew’s Bane zone, and Thieves Guild skills. You’ll also have a shot at unlocking a free Treasure Hunter Horse by completing the new Hew’s Bane Cave Delver achievement. To earn the achievement and the mount, you’ll have to clear out both the Bahraha’s Gloom and Shark’s Teeth Grotto in Hew’s Bane and defeat its respective bosses.

Note that you’ll only have until April 29 to unlock the DLC and mount. Those who want to delve deeper into the darker side of Tamriel can also grab a copy of the Dark Brotherhood DLC at 20% off for the duration of the event. The DLC will open the doors to the Gold Coast zone and the Dark Brotherhood Organization, as well as its exclusive skills and storyline.
