Embers Adrift Adds New Redshore Dungeon And Tweaks Combat Resists
Embers Adrift has rolled out its first content update of the year featuring a brand new dungeon called Exile Freehold. The outdoor dungeon can be found in Redshore and is recommended for higher level players, preferably with a few other high level friends in tow.
Stormhaven Studios also tweaked combat resists to make them a bit more unpredictable and noticeable. “We are adding a full resist dice roll to combat calculations hoping that it will inject a bit more life into these stats. It will also allow us to do some more interesting things with them in the future,” said the developers.
The devs have also pushed out improvements to several abilities, camera collision, and the combat log and are currently working on revamping active defenses, like blocking and parrying, and reducing future patch sizes. You’ll find the full patch notes on the Embers Adrift official forums.
Stormhaven Studios is also offering a limited-time discount on its monthly subscription fee at just $9.99 until January 15th, after which the price will go back to $14.99 per month.
