Stormhaven Studios talks about the progress they’ve made on Embers Adrift for the entire month of January in their latest State of the Game report. These include the addition of new points-of-interest and mobs in the Meadowlands, new rare spawns, skill and balance tweaks, as well as improvements to the fantasy MMORPG’s quest and dialog systems.

The team also touched on the big crafting update that dropped last week which promised to streamline the creation of new items. “Crafting is an important pillar of gameplay in Embers Adrift and this update brings us one step closer to where we want to be,” said Stormhaven.

Embers Adrift officially enters closed beta testing on March 1st minus the NDA that testers were required to adhere to during previous playtests. You’ll need to fork in $50 if you want to participate in the upcoming playtest.
